By accessing or using Pick a Tag ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pick a Tag is a location-based discovery platform where users tag physical-world objects, places, and services with structured attributes, and other users discover them by filtering through linked tags.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. User Content

By creating tags, locations, verifications, or other content on the Service, you grant Pick a Tag a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

5. TagCoins

TagCoins are an internal virtual currency earned through platform activity. TagCoins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the TagCoin system at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create false, misleading, or spam tags or locations
• Attempt to manipulate the verification system
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform, including user-generated tags and locations.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on the Service, including but not limited to visiting locations or businesses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick a Tag and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
